 For years, I have had to balance my career (HR) and my passion (my blog). Lately, I have been trying to focus more on how I can integrate a career with my passions. I bought this Shimmer and Shake Dress from ModCloth for the holidays and it turned about to be an amazing buy. The dress is gorgeous with just the right amount of sheen and can easily be dressed up or down with accessories. I added some costume jewelry to mine(above) but you could easily turn it into resort wear with a Grecian sandal and wrap belt.

I bought this Zella "Coziest" Hoodie the other day and it is very befitting of its name. It is a super soft waffle knit and I am especially obsessed with the thumb hole cuffs. This is truly a weekend worthy jacket. (It comes in some amazing colors too!)
